Children, Youth, & Families

First-Plymouth Church in Lincoln offers a wide range of children’s programs designed to nurture faith, creativity, and community from infancy through high school. On Sundays, kids begin worship with their families before heading to age-based classes that include Bible stories, crafts, and small-group learning. Wednesday Night Live adds a family dinner, music, art, and drama programs for children, plus confirmation for middle schoolers and youth groups for high school students focused on fellowship and service. Children also participate in choirs, handbells, and other worship arts, with an emphasis on safety and secure check-in.

Young adults & college-aged people at First-Plymouth in Lincoln have a space to connect, grow spiritually, and build community. They meet Wednesday evenings for a College-Age Bible Study (4:30-5:30pm) during “Wednesday Night Live,” providing time to explore faith in a small group. firstplymouth.org They also participate in social events via the Under30 / Young Adult group—things like brunches, fall parties, coffee gatherings, and volunteering—that help build friendships and offer ways to serve.
