Classes & Workshops FAQ

First-Plymouth Congregational Church, United Church of Christ touches thousands of lives each week with the good news of Jesus Christ. Its ongoing ministries reach out to meet the needs of our community and our world.

First-Plymouth seeks to provide pathways for growth. A variety of small groups, events and workshops offer opportunities for friendships, spiritual and personal growth, emotional and spiritual support, or activity and service.

How to Register

Some classes are free, but require registration. To register email or call 476-7550.

To register for a fee based class, send your check (payable to First-Plymouth Church) to First-Plymouth Church, attn: Addie, 2000 D St., Lincoln, NE 68502. Include the name of the class on the check memo line, and also include your contact information and email address for last minute changes. Your payment will ensure your enrollment.

The church accepts cash or checks, no credit/debit cards accepted. Payments must be made prior to the start of class.

Early registration is recommended. Classes that don’t meet the minimum enrollment several days before the start date will be canceled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my class located?
Check with a Minister or staff person for directions. Most classes are held in the West side of the building.

How will I know if a class or event is cancelled due to inclement weather?
Cancellation notices will be announced on KFOR 1240 AM and and on facebook.

Are there scholarships available?
We offer scholarships for educational classes upon request.
