2 Session Series -- Wednesdays, March 18 & 25, 6:45-7:30pm, Room 202
Cost $10 (for 2 week session). Led by Margaret Rickers, Licensed Massage Therapist, certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Reiki Master.

Information and experience of what it means to be mindful. We will practice activities that will help us cultivate mindful awareness.
