Sun | Nov 20 | 12:45-2:00pm | $6 Sack Lunch | Rev. Allen Hilton, former Yale theologian
Imagine a scene: Worshippers are making their way into a large American church, each carrying a marked and worn Bible under an arm or in a hand. What kind of church is it? You likely answer, “conservative/evangelical/fundamentalist.” Why is that? In this session, we will ask about the politics of the Bible, asking, “Is the book big enough for all of us?”
