Men’s Basketball

Spend a few hours a week playing recreational basketball at First-Plymouth, or join the Blue and Gold for league play in the Lincoln City Rec Church league each November-March. Thursdays at 7:00pm start September 2.

Pilates Sessions
Mondays, 5:30-6:15PM, Chapel
Led by Deborah McCauley, Certified Pilates Instructor.
Pilates is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training through a series of exercises. Improve your abdominal core, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. Upcoming session dates to be announced in The Herald.
Feel Good Yoga
Wednesdays, September – May, 6:45-7:45PM, Chapel.
Led by Nan Graf, Yoga Instructor. Cost: $5 per class. Pay at the door.
Learn stretches based on yoga to help quiet the body/mind, breathing and awareness to create balance, which promotes relaxation and health. Bring a mat, blanket/towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Boot Camp Blast
Thursdays, September 9 - October 14, 5:30-6:15PM, Chapel.
Led by Deborah McCauley. Cost: $30.00
No equipment needed, just a desire to have a blast while getting into shape! Through full body muscle toning, agility exercises and calorie burning cardio drills. For all levels of fitness.
Active Yoga
Thursdays, October 28 -- Dec. 9th, 5:30-6:15PM, Chapel.
Led by Deborah McCauley.
Go through a variety of poses that will flow from one to another in conjunction with breath. Improve flexibility, strength and balance, while also relieving stress and relaxing. *You must be able to get up and down from the floor. A yoga mat and block are recommended.
Zumba
Thursdays, January 6 - February 10, 5:30-6:15pm, Chapel.
Led by Deborah McCauley.
Zumba routines feature interval training sessions that will tone and sculpt your body with easy to follow moves and hypnotic Latin rhythms. Have fun, feel energized and burn fat.
