Wednesdays, January 16, 23, & 30, 6:45-7:30pm, Chapel. $5 a class, pay at the door. Led by Kerry Amend.

Stretches, focused breathing and relaxation to help you de-stress mid-week. Bring a yoga mat or blanket/towel for exercises. Beginners welcome.
