Feel Good Yoga on Wednesday Nights
Wednesdays, September 5, 12, 19, 26, 6:45-7:30pm, Chapel. Facilitated by Kerry Amend. $5 a class.
Learn stretches based on yoga to help quiet the body/mind, breathing and awareness to create balance, which promotes relaxation and health. Bring your own yoga mat (or blanket/towel) and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Attend when you can.
