Yoga De-Stress for the Holidays
Wednesdays, November 29-December 20, 6:45-7:30pm Chapel. Free-will donations appreciated. Led by Kerry Amend (see bio below).
Stretches, focused breathing and relaxation to help you de-stress during this busy holiday season. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Kerry leads by example and verbally guide you through a peaceful session, leaving you relaxed and refreshed in your mind, body and spirit.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. Beginners welcome! No registration needed, walk-ins welcome. For more details contact email@example.com.
Kerry Amend discovered yoga 10 years ago and studied under yogi Nan Graf for 7 years. She has been leading Feel Good Yoga (Tuesdays 5:30pm) at First Plymouth Church for 3 years. Living with the philosophy of doing yoga now so I can do yoga later, she finds yoga meaningful and uplifting for her mind, body and spirit. Kerry practices yoga daily at home on her acreage shared with my husband, dogs, cats, goats and horses.
